Clear communication We excel at communication where many others struggle. When you have an appointment with us, we send out a reminder of the appointment to confirm we are still scheduled. You’ll also receive a message letting you know the technician is on their way.
Professional quotes Our quotes are simple, clear, easy to read and as professional as we are. We email all our quotes in an easy to use format that isn’t complicated. We will take the time to provide options as requested to help you stay within your budget.
Brands we love! We are partnered with two major manufacturers of equipment that we believe in. While we have access to many different manufactures and models of equipment, we’ve done our homework so you don’t have to. We have created a partnership with Carrier and Goodman to provide a wide range of equipment options and prices to fit your needs.
Respect for your time We arrive when we say we’re going to. When our team is scheduled for your installation, we will be there. We give specific times for arrival instead of large windows of time. You won’t be waiting around all day wondering what’s going on. We understand your time is valuable, and we respect that.

Financing We have many ways of paying for your new system. We accept check, credit card, or we offer financing options to help make any system affordable. Ask your Elite Team member about the financing options and how to apply.
Start With Our Popular $79 Tune-up
The secret to a long lasting HVAC system is maintenance. Just like a car, it needs to be checked out, tuned-up, cleaned, and maintained to remain efficient and increase longevity. Our very popular Tune-up will make sure your equipment remains in good condition and includes the following items:
Full inspection Our team starts by taking the time to fully inspect each component of your system. We look for corrosion, excessive wear and tear, blockages, leaks and note any potential issues. We document everything with photos and share that report with you.
Filter replacement If you can provide us with the filter size when you schedule, if applicable, we will install a clean 1” pleated filter and remove your old one.
Basic Cleaning We will do a basic cleaning of the interior and exterior units. This will help to keep your unit running at its highest efficiency.
System check If applicable, we will check the system pressures to ensure they are at an acceptable level. We will also monitor the supply and return temperatures to see if they are operating within tolerance.
